That’s been my theme song since December 14th.

Catastrophes don’t spare insurance agents—we experience the same chaos, stress, and uncertainty as our clients.

If you tried to reach us over the last few weeks and we were unavailable, please know it wasn’t intentional. We were underwater—literally and figuratively. A flood in my own home turned daily life into an Olympic-level obstacle course. We worked quickly to save furniture, carpet, and (most importantly) my shoes—a woman’s priorities. 👟😅

Restoration crews have come and gone more times than I can count. The insurance adjuster has navigated the maze, and everything is moving as it should… just not quite at the speed my impatient self would prefer. We all want things to be instant, but that’s rarely how recovery works.

Our home still looks like a Tetris game gone wrong, but real life keeps moving—and taking care of our clients remains our top priority.
Barbara is currently in the office to assist with all your insurance needs, and I’ll be returning shortly as things settle back into place.
