Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education Chancellor Sean Burrage will deliver the commencement address.

Rogers State University will celebrate the investiture of Dr. Don Raleigh as its third president Friday, March 27, at 1 p.m. at Claremore First Baptist Church.

This historic ceremony marks the official installation of President Raleigh and brings the RSU community together to celebrate a new chapter in the university’s legacy. The ceremony will feature distinguished speakers and the presentation of the Presidential Medallion and University Mace—symbols of leadership and tradition.
