This is a 20,000 SQFT building with 6 units (one of which is Civil Solutions Group HQ!)

Employee Highlight!
Big news! After a couple of years away, Van Rasmussen is officially back with the Knighton team!
We're stoked to have Van return as an Architectural Design Intern, bringing his skills and personality back to the design team.
On top of jumping back into our team, Van will also be starting at Utah Valley University (UVU) in the fall, pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture. We are excited to cheer him on as he tackles school and work.
We’re excited to have him back. Welcome home, Van!

Here is a quick PROJECT HIGHLIGHT! 🚧 We are thrilled to announce that our latest multifamily complex, 'Enclave', has officially received permits and is ready to break ground! 🎉 This milestone marks a significant step forward in bringing this exciting project to life.
