Our raspberry rolls will be joining a event @ Mapleton Farmers Market on Monday, September 23 6pm-dusk. Come get your sweet roll fix and help raise funds for Jaclyn’s family!!

BREAD TIP #4
How do you know if your bread has kneaded for long enough? My rule of thumb:
White Flour—> knead for 6 minutes
Wheat Flour—> knead for 8 minutes
I let my mixer do the work for me. But if you’re doing it by hand or not sure if your mixer did a good enough job, you can do the . Pull off a chunk of dough and stretch it out between your fingers. If you can see light coming through (almost like a window pane), it’s done! If it rips before even stretching it, keep kneading. 😊
