Ingredients:
•1 can corn, drained
•1 can black beans, drained
•1 can black eyed peas, drained

•1-2 large tomatoes OR 3-4 small tomatoes, chopped
•1 green pepper, diced
•2 avocados, diced
•1/2 red onion, chopped
•1/2 bunch green onion, chopped
•1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped

•1/2 bottle + more to taste: Any Italian dressing (we prefer Olive Garden’s)

•1 bag tortilla chips

Recipe:
1. Combine all cans with cut vegetables in a large bowl, mix.
2. Add Italian Dressing, combine gently.
3. Enjoy with tortilla chips!
