From that day forward the reality of “Sheepdogs”, those of us who have sworn sacred oaths to protect our fellows, has become crystal clear.

We will always stand up for what we know to be right and just. When confronted with evil and violence we will stand steadfast in its way, look it in the eye and defeat it.

Warriors, First-Responders, and concerned citizens must continue to work Better, Smarter, Longer, Harder, Faster, and Stronger than our foes.

In the years since 9/11 I have been the beneficiary of many friendships with truly great men and women who have honored their oaths to defend their Nation and its citizens.
