Life doesn't always go as planned or on the timeline you want it to. Since November, I have not gone full-time with my freelance work, but I have had some developments moving me closer to this reality.

I've gotten involved with an organization called Utah Marketing Group and I've attended three of their monthly meetings in March, April, and May. It has really been good for me and getting involved more in a local community. It involves businesses from all aspects of marketing -- public relations, video production, advertising, web design and development, branding, SEO, etc.

And I was able to get my business listed with some details about it on their partners list on their website www.utahmarketinggroup.com

I'm happy for that. That's just one more way to expose my business to more people, the more people that know about my business, hopefully the more people will want be to provide services for them.

We'll see how things pan out.

Wow! I haven't posted on here in nearly 2 years. Life has been busy - wife, children, school, work, but apparently not Facebook! 😅
I'm still on my job search journey, by the way. I finished my Web Programming and Development program a year ago this coming January.

It looks like my next step is more schooling in the form of a year-long training doubling as a paid internship.
