In our work together, we have discussed how the connection between the heart and the brain contribute to the anxieties, and we have used tools like heart focused breathing to prepare a foundation for relief. Most recently, before a couple of trips where he would have to take four flights, we talked about bilateral stimulation and how to use tapping to work through these anxieties.
