Meet the Dive Shop 360 team that will be at DEMA this year!

Ken is the General Manager here at DiveShop360. His primary role is to guide the support and development of 360 in collaboration with our support team, dive centers, and strategic partners.

Summer is our Director of Customer Experience and has worked with the software and dive stores for almost 20 years. She still helps out some of our original dive shop customers!

Ian brings nearly 30 years of experience in the dive industry as a dive instructor, dive shop manager, dive author and TV presenter, and dive software developer to the DS360 team.

Michael is our Catalog Manager and a Customer Success Manager. He has been with DiveShop360 for 4 years and in the retail space for over 20!

Riley is a Sr. Account Executive and has been working with the DiveShop360 software for about 3.5 years now. He says that he's never been diving but hopes to in the future!
