These dormers bring beautiful natural light into the space, but getting them right took careful adjustment. Proportion, exterior balance, and exact dimensions all had to work together so the finished room would feel effortless.

A sport court can be more than a place to play.
For this home, the lower level was designed as a true family hangout, with a rock climbing wall, golf simulator, gym overlook, and loft space nearby. It gives everyone a place to be together without letting the sport court take over the main living areas.

A shallow lot calls for careful planning, especially when outdoor living is still a priority.
For this home, a cantilevered deck created usable outdoor space without adding columns below, keeping the design cleaner and the lot working harder.
