If you haven't been increasing your floor and only your ceiling, give this a try!
This year I've doubled the weight I can deadlift and it's been great! I read a post (I don't remember who wrote it originally) that emphasized raising our "floor" is just as important as raising our "ceiling".
A month ago I would jump the weight on the bar a huge amount in between sets of my exercises. I slowly hit new Personal Records, but I wasn't increasing my minimum weight to lift --- my floor. Recently I've been increasing the "floor" weight I can lift and jumping less between reps to improve my minimum strength instead of just my maximum strength.
