Another day, another pool. Last shot from Paraty, Brazil. Today we arrived in Rio de Janeiro. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best.... but hopefully it will be better tomorrow!

We arrived in Paraty today. This town is known as one of the former main slave ports of Brazil, but now... a jumping off point for gorgeous beaches, great food, and cultural heritage.

After 15 hours of travel, we decided to just relax in the pool. Very much needed to stretch those muscles after sitting for so long! Now, time to explore!

Being in Colorado to see my sisters family with my mother has really brought a calm to my life. My stresses and anxiety melted away. | @ Colorado Springs, Colorado

So excited! Seven days and I am back in Colorado seeing my amazing sister, my amazing brother-in-law, and my special niece. I cannot wait! |

I’ll be doing a bit of traveling over the next few weeks. Since work isn’t opening back up I figured I should see the people I love most. Colorado, Los Angeles, and Brazil... I’m coming for you. |

Nice to be back home in a Minnesota. Needed a mental health retreat at mom’s house! Just finished a 20mile bike ride! |

Quick bike ride from upper Manhattan, through south Bronx, into Astoria, Queens! Now it’s time for a picnic in park.
