Meet our Quarter 2 winner, Josie Edgar! 🎉🚌🍎
Josie is a preschool teacher from Pawtucket who rides Route 1 and the R-Line every day to get to and from work. Since moving to Rhode Island about a year ago without a car, transit has become part of her daily routine. She loves using the Transit app to track her bus in real time, making her commute easier.

Across RI, bikers are logging their trips in the Drive Less RI app as part of the 2026 No Pollute Commute Bike to Work Challenge. Check out our results from Week 1:
- 687 bike trips logged
- 235 gallons of gas saved
- 4,613 emissions prevented (lbs.)
- $3,924 in gas money saved
- 5,412 miles not driven
- 201,114 calories burned
