Brown RISD Hillel

“If you build it, they will come” from the film Field of Dreams holds true. The arts initiative at BRH, created on the third floor of 80 Brown Street, a sun-filled and spacious artist studio, supports and houses two student art residencies every school year. The recipients this year are Eitan Boiarsky (RISD M. ID ‘26 .advisory) and Sabrina Eisenberg (RISD B. ARCH ‘26 ).

The artists have complete freedom to pursue a body of work framed by the unique offerings of our Hillel community - which provides mentorship in multi-faceted ways to scaffold an emergent Jewish creative voice.

The final show of the semester celebrates the beautiful works that they generate in this space.

Each school year, this art studio is available to two students for the Fall and Spring semesters. The Fall slot has been claimed for ‘26 - Spring is still pending - please reach out to [email protected] for inquiries.

We are in the FINAL HOURS of the FINAL DAY of HGGW! And we're so close to our goal of $40,000. Every single gift will be put to work immediately supporting Jewish students on College Hill.
