🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

STAIND frontman AARON LEWIS has recently gone viral after claiming that BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN "duped us all."

The clip, taken from a 2025 appearance on “The Tucker Carlson Show,” has been making the rounds on social media this week. During the interview, Lewis admitted that he misunderstood the meaning behind Springsteen's classic hit "Born in the U.S.A.," saying the song had "duped" him for years.

“The fact that he duped us all with one of the most anti-American songs ever and called it ‘Born in the USA’ as some sort of celebration of how great it is to be born in the USA. I’m angry at myself for not seeing it for so long and actually giving him, in my mind, the credit of being a representation of blue-collar America,” Lewis said.

While often mistaken for a patriotic anthem, "Born in the U.S.A." is widely recognized as a critique of the treatment of Vietnam veterans and the economic struggles facing working-class Americans, told through the perspective of a disillusioned veteran returning home from war.
