You know what tomorrow is? Another chance to and get in that satisfying hard work! See you at 5:31am at the statehouse steps.

Today is , and we celebrated with our ! 💪🌞🌇 After all, it's the perfect time to have fun in the sun! Plus, we run with a good crowd. 😉

To mark the occasion, we relocated from the RI State House location and brought our quick feet over to Lippitt Memorial Park to get our sunny steps in at the Blackstone Boulevard path! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

A lot of distance was covered - both between our two-legged friends AND our four-legged friends. We also captured some rather bright and beautiful pictures! Truly the best of both worlds. 😎🐶📸

For those of you who are keeping the running spirit going with our friends over at tonight, have fun and run responsibly! 👍🍻

November Project

Today was , and we did it OUR way! 💪

While we MAY be on the brink of closing out another month (see what we did there?), we still brought our motto to perform our very own personal bests with conquering the RI State House stairs for a full 40 minutes. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🕜

🎧 In addition to running, we also enjoyed a playlist curated by our very own Adam. We'll definitely be vibing to "Bee-boo-boo-bop, boo-boo-bop" for days. 😉🤖🎶

‼️We also want to call out that we had a new face among our crew today - Claire from Virginia! We're happy you joined us today, Claire! 🙌🤝

🦌There was also a surprise appearance from a local wild animal friend! While she kept a safe distance from us, we'd still like to think that she's an honorary member. Or at the very least, finds us ENDEERING. 😉😆

📢 Next week, we're meeting up at a NEW SPOT for our Sunrise 6K. 🌞
At 5:31 AM, the run will be kicked off at the Lippitt Park end of the Blackstone Boulevard running path. 🌅

Happy 8th Birthday to November Project Providence! 8️⃣🎱🙌🥳🎂🎁

Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating this huge milestone for our small but mighty chapter in PVD. There's no else we'd rather celebrate with! After all, what's a party without a couple of burpees and cupcakes? 😉💪🧁 (Thanks again Ben for bringing the cupcakes!)

Congratulations to Danielle for being our latest Positivity Award recipient! Our past recipient Maayan very graciously passed the torch. 🔥🗽

June 3 - the first Wednesday of June - is our Sunrise 6k. We'll be meeting at 5:31 am at the Lippitt Park end of the Blackstone Boulevard running path. 🌞🌇
