It’s the NEW YEAR and what a great way to kick it off at Lizvinte DanceWorkshop with a dance

The danceworkshop is made to give you a workout through dancing but our goal is to help you achieve your goal whether it’s toning up, building self confidence or just want to dance!!!

Lizvinte Danceworkshop is a free spirit space to be yourself and have fun. The class has many great benefits like increasing your flexibility/balance, coordination, muscle development and artistic expression.
