I have been starting to mix in some faster paces and see how long I can hold it. Today I mixed in a 5K at 8 mph. It's a solid start to 2023 and I'm excited to push myself in running again.

I got my morning run in and working toward a few marathons for next year. My ultimate goal is to run Boston so I'm aiming for a sub 3 hour marathon.
