Important question: Is a Pop-Tart just a dessert empanada? 🤔

I made Strawberry Rhubarb Pop-Tarts today and I’m pretty proud of them. My ruling: if it’s deliciousness wrapped in dough it qualifies as an empanada. Debate me... or cross the bridge to May’s Gluten Free Market & Cafe and taste for yourself.
