Pixlcat Butter Mochi is joining GFree Fest with their beloved gluten-free Hawaiian treats for the first time ever this year! What began as a home baking project in San Francisco to create snacks for two gluten-free daughters has grown into a family business with cafés in San Francisco and Boston’s Foundation Kitchen food hall. Butter mochi are their famous naturally gluten and nut-free baked treats made with rice flour, with a chewy texture somewhere between a cookie and a cupcake. Pixlcat offers a rotating lineup of flavors like Classic, Chocolate, Ube White Chocolate, Matcha, Bacon Cheddar, and Black Sesame!
