Kenton already had the one thing most people are still searching for.. Intensity in the gym. 💪🏼

He showed up. He pushed. He didn’t need to be motivated.

What we built around that was the structure to match it. A detailed nutrition plan, a training program designed around his goals, and a real focus on ex*****on. Owning every rep, not just surviving it.

Intensity without a system is just energy with nowhere to go.
