Coach Addyson brings experience as a high school basketball coach and a passion for helping athletes develop both on and off the court. Her focus on skill development, confidence, basketball IQ, and fostering a love for the game makes her a tremendous addition to our organization.

🏀 Welcome Coach Sharr Hamell to Elite Hoops Academy® & Prosper Elite® Basketball!

We’re excited to officially welcome Coach Sharr Hamell to the Elite Hoops Academy® and Prosper Elite® Basketball family!

Coach Sharr brings more than 12 years of coaching and player development experience, working with athletes from youth basketball through the high school level. As the founder of his own successful AAU organization in New York, he has led teams to championships while helping countless athletes advance to varsity basketball, nationally recognized AAU programs, prep schools, and the collegiate level.

But what impressed us most wasn't just his experience—it was his philosophy.

Coach Sharr believes in developing complete players by emphasizing:

📈 Long-term player development over short-term results

Being Built Different goes beyond basketball.

One of our Prosper Elite® athletes, Mark Anderson, is leading a community book drive benefiting children at Cook Children's Hospital in Prosper.

We're inviting every Prosper Elite® family to join us in helping donate 250 new children's books to children receiving care.
