Light Touch

On Peace Officers Memorial Day, we honor the law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to their communities.
During National Police Week, we also recognize the men and women who continue to carry the weight of this work every day — the pressure, responsibility, and human cost that can come with serving others.
As Light Touch® continues to expand the Hero Resilience Initiative, I am deeply grateful for the conversations taking place with leaders in law enforcement, peer support, wellness, and first responder resilience.
This day is a solemn reminder that supporting those who serve must include not only recognition, but meaningful attention to the human system behind the badge — the stress, recovery, readiness, and resilience required to keep showing up.
With respect and gratitude to our law enforcement community, and in remembrance of those who gave their lives in service.

I'm grateful to see Light Touch®continuing to find its way into meaningful conversations around first responder wellness, resilience, recovery, and readiness under pressure.
After joining Blue Grit Radio to discuss nervous system regulation and non-medical wellness support, I’m honored to continue learning from leaders in the first responder wellness space and to be part of the upcoming 1st Responders Conference in Delaware on September 14–15 as a resource partner.
Through the Hero Resilience Initiative, my hope is to support the people who support all of us — with simple, wearable tools designed to support calm, focus, recovery, and nervous-system balance in everyday life.
More to come.
