The Constipation Code
If you spend time outside in the spring and summer… this matters more than you think. 🌿
May is Lyme Disease Awareness Month, and after years in the wellness world, I can tell you this: Lyme disease is NO joke.
Ticks are no longer just a “deep woods” problem. People are getting exposed while gardening, walking the dog, sitting at soccer games, hiking, playing tennis, working in the yard, and even just walking through tall grass. Mosquito bites can also expose us to other infections that leave the immune system overwhelmed and inflamed.
One of the easiest prevention tools I personally use? Treating clothing with permethrin spray.
In this video I’m showing you how I spray down:
✔️ sneakers
✔️ socks
✔️ hiking clothes
✔️ gardening gear
✔️ outdoor jackets
The key is to spray OUTSIDE, let items fully dry, and create a barrier BEFORE exposure.
Why am I so passionate about prevention?
Because many people dealing with chronic fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, strange neurological symptoms, histamine issues, digestive problems, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, or mystery inflammation never connect it back to a tick bite they barely noticed years ago.
I’ve seen Lyme disease completely change people’s quality of life.
And the scary part? The classic “bullseye rash” doesn’t happen for everyone.
This isn’t fear mongering. It’s smart prevention.
Simple habits matter:
• daily tick checks
• showering after outdoor exposure
• supporting your immune system
• wearing protective clothing
• reducing standing water around your home
• using safe prevention strategies when outdoors
Especially if you live in the Northeast, spend time outdoors, or have pets bringing ticks into the house.
Protecting your health is easier than trying to rebuild it later.

Your doctor told you to “just take more fiber”… so why are you still bloated, backed up, uncomfortable, and skipping days without a real bowel movement?
Here’s the truth most people never hear: constipation is rarely just a fiber problem. It can be driven by things like slow gut motility, low stomach acid, mineral deficiencies, microbiome imbalances, nervous system stress, food triggers, medication side effects, or hidden gut infections.
So if you’ve been living on MiraLAX, prune juice, probiotics, magnesium, coffee, or fiber gummies… and nothing is actually changing… it’s not because your body is “broken.” It’s because nobody helped you find the real root cause.
I’ve spent 30+ years helping people uncover why they’re constipated, bloated, and frustrated—and I literally wrote the The Constipation Code to help you connect the dots.
Stop guessing. Stop masking symptoms. Start asking better questions.

Yes. Poisoned.
Not dramatic. Not clickbait. Clinical reality.
Every day stool sits in your colon, your body reabsorbs the very waste it was trying to eliminate — toxins, excess hormones, bacterial byproducts. You’re literally recycling what your body marked for the door.
This is called autointoxication, and it’s been documented for over a century. But somehow, the only advice you’re getting is “eat more fiber.”
Make it make sense.
There are 8 root causes for why your bowels stopped moving. I’ve spent 30 years finding them.

You’ve spent money on probiotics… yogurt… greens powders… fiber gummies… and you’re still bloated, backed up, and wondering why nothing is working.
Here’s the uncomfortable truth: probiotics are not a magic fix for constipation. In fact, if your gut environment is off, adding “good bacteria” may not do much at all—and for some people, it can leave them feeling even more gassy, distended, or uncomfortable.
Why? Because constipation isn’t one-size-fits-all.
There are 8 different root causes of chronic constipation, and if you’re guessing at supplements without understanding your root cause, you may be wasting time, money, and energy.
That’s exactly why I wrote The Constipation Code.
Inside, I walk you through:
✔ Why fiber doesn’t work for everyone
✔ When probiotics can actually backfire
✔ Hidden causes of bloating, sluggish digestion, and incomplete bowel movements
✔ The exact framework I use to help people stop guessing and start understanding their gut
