Want to learn how to make hard boiled eggs? 🥚

It’s super easy but you want to have the right method so I’m going to show you the way I make perfect hard boiled eggs.

Drop a ❤️ if you love eggs.

Link in the comments to the full video on YouTube where you can learn how to make a soft boiled egg as well.

HOW TO MAKE PERFECT HARD BOILED EGGS:

1. Place the eggs right out of the refrigerator into a medium size saucepan.
2. Add enough water to cover the eggs by an inch or two.
3. Place the uncovered saucepan on the stove. Turn the heat to high to bring the water to boil.
4. Once the water comes to a full rolling boil, shut off the heat, cover the pan and just let the pot sit for 10 to 12 minutes.
5. Transfer the eggs into an ice bath. Let the eggs sit in the ice bath for at least a few minutes until they’re cool. Personally I like to peel the eggs under some running water to make it go little easier. Story eggs in a covered container in the refrigerator. Peeled eggs will keep for a day or two. Unpeeled eggs last up to five days.
