Completed ranch brush truck built on M923A2 5 ton platform, featuring 1500 gal tank with sump, Hale HPX200 pump, stainless discharge manifold, mid-ship platform with whipline, in-cab whipline, Hannay hose reel, front monitor, left and right wetline nozzles on electric valves, LED lightbar and work lights, Whelen Ion lights, and custom radio/siren/light control console. Freshly completed Prairie Poly Brush Truck. Big thanks to local partners Mizell Inc. and What The Flash in pulling this project together. Brief truck details:
2025 Ford F550 4x4 Crewcab cab/chassis. Custom Krogman steel brush truck bed with manwells/gates on each side and center crosswalk. 300 gal baffled copoly fire service tank with fill tower, bottom overflow, and sump. Hale B23 HPX200 pump with dual control panels. All stainless pump inlet and discharge plumbing and valves. Rear control console with primary pump panel and primary electronic tank level indicator. Custom copoly center console in cab with secondary pump panel, secondary tank level indicator, front monitor joystick, Whelen controls, Motorola radio, cup holders and storage cubby. Thunderstruck Fire Series front end replacement with monitor stand. Akron Forestry Monitor. Wedge style 60" tool box. Open top handtool tray. Hannay hose reel. Whiplines in crosswalk/manwells and cab. Whelen Liberty II Core package with Whelen Ions in bumper and bed rear. Kussmaul Autocharge 1000 onboard charging system with auto eject plug. Front thermal camera; color rearview camera.

We delivered this skid unit mid-July. You may see it prowling around some prescribed burns on public lands around Kanopolis Lake. The Bobcat Toolcat has a larger bed and greater cargo payload capacity than standard UTVs, so the tank here is up-sized to 125 gallons, and fitted with larger engine and pump.

Another Fire/Rescue UTV Skid Unit we shipped to a fire department in South Texas last month, just in time for it to patrol July 4 festivities and fireworks shows. This skid sports 70 gal water/5 gal foam, fold-out rescue platform, electric start engine, electric hose reel, and drip torch holder.

This UTV skid left our shop Saturday night, making its way to Missouri just in time to get in on the action on a Sunday Rx burn. Thank you for your business!
