One of the things I love most about working alongside my husband is helping transform a home into its absolute best version before it goes to market.

For the past three months, we have worked closely with the seller to elevate this incredible luxury estate through thoughtful design, staging, preparation, and marketing. Great results don't happen by accident. They come from investing time, creativity, effort, and resources into every detail.

This home has only been on the market a few days and is already being shown. Tomorrow, we begin an all-day cinematic video production to further showcase the lifestyle, architecture, and unique features that make this property so special.

When Chad takes on a listing, our goal isn't simply to put it on the market—it's to create a presentation that stands above the competition and helps our sellers achieve the best possible outcome.

I spent three months furnishing this amazing Estate home. This is my favorite room.

Here is the design vision for the fireplace area — creating a cleaner, more modern aesthetic with improved symmetry, custom built-in cabinetry, and a stronger architectural focal point. The goal is to bring warmth and sophistication to the space while balancing textures, scale, and functionality for a more refined Ranch Cottage feel.

A refined Ranch Cottage transformation is underway at Talking Rock Ranch. This architectural rendering offers a first look at the reimagined design direction prior to construction — blending warm contemporary textures with timeless ranch-inspired elegance. In addition to the exterior enhancements, we are redesigning the fireplace feature wall as a dramatic focal point and creating a beautifully elevated kitchen with custom finishes and a more sophisticated, open feel throughout the home. Excited to bring this vision to life with a fresh, luxury-driven approach to mountain living.
