Big news worth celebrating. 🎉
As of this week, Jen McMahon is officially an Associate Broker.
If you know Jen, this won’t surprise you one bit. When she joined the Home Right team on June 23, 2025, she told us that earning her Broker’s license had always been a dream of hers. Then she put her head down and made it happen.
A Broker’s license isn’t something that just falls in your lap. It takes real education, discipline, and follow-through, all while juggling clients, contracts, and a full schedule. Jen stayed consistent through every bit of it and got it done.
This also puts her in rare company. Other than our Designated Broker, , Jen is now the only other Associate Broker at the company. That says everything about the kind of agent, and person, she is.
