Another year of having the honor to come and volunteer with VALE Foundation - Virginia Law Enforcement Foundation. If you don't know who they are and what they do, I highly encourage you look into them. This event while it is a recruitment event for Law Enforcement it is not even the tip of the iceberg. Thank you for having me out again this year. What a phenomenal event.

I have had the absolute pleasure to partner with so many new folks in my community recently. This past weekend I was blessed to be a part of the Good Medicine 1 mile & 5K Walk/ Run with Free Clinic of Powhatan . It may have been rainy but it didn't keep folks away.
