📣 Staff Promotions & Leadership Update

We’re proud to announce the promotion of Chris Snegon to Director of Agronomy at The Foundry! 🌱⛳
Chris has served as our Superintendent for the past four years and has consistently demonstrated the leadership, vision, and commitment that make him the ideal person to guide our agronomy team into the future.

Chris and his wife Mallory live in Chesterfield with their two children — Benny (3) and Caroline (1). The Snegons are a valued part of the Foundry family, and we’re thrilled to see Chris continue to grow his career here.

We’re also excited to announce:
➡️ Justin Reed promoted to First Superintendent
➡️ Mike Morrone promoted to Director of Golf & Operations

Mike will work closely with Chris on course setup, strategy, and day-to-day excellence — all focused on delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
