“For me fitness means freedom.

My health and wellness journey is simply that ... a journey.

I have struggled with anxiety, depression and multiple autoimmune issues most of my life. All of these are “hidden” health issues where you look fine on the outside but feel miserable and sick on the inside.

I was determined that none of those issues were going to define or defeat me! So I joined the gym and the rest is history.

I have found healing in all aspects through working out! No matter your age or health conditions, it’s never to late to pickup the weights!

It’s a lifestyle change that has saved my life. “
