🚨 Baking update 🚨
Turns out my usual “throw the silicone molds in the oven while it preheats to dry them” method does NOT work the same on a gas stove.
Today’s casualties:
* 1 slightly melted cake puck mold
* My dignity
* Everyone’s hearing after the smoke alarm went off
On the bright side, I now know my smoke detectors work perfectly.
Last week’s sellout was wild, this Thursday’s plan: bring more & tell yall to come early lol. See y’all this Thursday 6/11 at North Market Bridge Park from 6pm - 9pm

The research and development department (aka me standing in the kitchen eating cake scraps and force-feeding my family cake pop dough for quality control) has been hard at work. 😂
New flavor ideas are in the works, and if these test batches keep turning out this good, you may be seeing some fresh faces on the menu very soon.

Announcement 💔
If you’ve gone out looking for me tonight, you’ve probably already noticed that I’m not at Bridge Park. Unfortunately, something came up unexpectedly. I truly tried my best to work it out so I could still be there tonight, but ultimately I had to make the decision to cancel.
I’m so sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment, especially to everyone who planned to stop by. Thank you all so much for the support and understanding. I’ll keep everyone updated about upcoming markets soon 🤍
