Getting Healthier with Ms. Bling

Happy Wednesday Y'all! Since my mom died 5 years ago, I have really let myself go and it was really getting to me y'all!! Since then I was not active on this page. I tried everything to get out of the funk and my own head. The past few years of staying at home except for a few quick trips to the store where everyone was masked up anyway, I just didn't care. Now that things are getting somewhat back to normal and I have places to go and people to see (keep reading to see who I will be seeing in June), I have been getting my butt back in gear!! So far, I am down 6 pounds and I actually have energy which is an incredible feeling.

I am currently in a fabulous support group and would love for you to join me! These ladies are amazing and FUN!!! You might know Molly Hopkins from 90 Day Fiance. She is my mentor and she is the bomb y'all!! In addition to a fabulous support group here on Facebook, there is also a support page on Instagram and we have Zoom calls with Molly and Rebecca Tipton & other women just like us ... how cool is that??!! AND... there is a convention here in Columbus, Ohio in June where we will all have so much fun.
