In-season training with my daughter She is playing basketball right now for Bishop Watterson HS but that doesn’t mean we stop training. When do you want to be at your best? At the beginning of the season or come tournament time? I never understand why coaches & athletes stop training in-season? What we do is lower the volume. We do 3-4 compound movements, use fewer sets & reps & incorporate super-sets & 1-2 auxiliary movements. Workouts last 30mins or less. She continues to improve strength and stamina throughout the season. Along with improving recovery and staying healthy so she can stay on the court and play at her highest level.

Fall Group Training schedule begins this week. I train athletes before & after school along with adults looking to be healthy, or lose weight, gain muscle, or compete. 1on1 appointments available daily by scheduling an appointment.
