This is a great whole body bonus round. I did 25 of them for time but you can do more or less and even make it into a main workout.

Check it out.

Split Squat, Jump Squat, Double Banger (2 push ups), Jump Knee Tuck = 1

Do that 25 times. 😝

Great news maxT3 ers!!!! We are opening back up on Friday. Please note some schedule changes though:

-We will not have a 5:00am, 9:30am or 7:30 pm class for the time being. We will reassess once things are back to normal.
-all other classes are as usual.

Dr. Fred is going to continue to shoot online videos as well!

We miss you all so much and can’t wait to see you.

How did everyone do with this weeks workouts? We are switching it up quite a bit next week with a whole week of Tabata workouts. Remember them? 10 sec rests are not a lot! πŸ€—
