February was one for the books at Crafted Real Estate.

🎳 We celebrated with so many of you at our Client Appreciation Bowling Event — thank you for showing up and helping us kick off our 16th Annual Feeding the Heart Food Drive.

💛 As of March 1st, the food drive has officially wrapped, and we are beyond grateful for the generous donations. We’re finalizing totals now and can’t wait to share the impact we made together.

🔑 We also helped two sellers successfully close on their homes — proof that preparation and smart strategy still win in today’s market.

📊 Market update: Inventory is rising slightly across Kitsap County, buyer activity remains strong, and spring is shaping up to be active and competitive for well-prepared homes.
