📍 Poughkeepsie, NY
K&N Cleaning Service is looking for a reliable and motivated Team Leader to join our growing team!
The Team Leader will act as the primary point of contact between team members and management during daily operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and professionally.
💼 Position: Full-Time
💲 Pay: $21–$23/hour
⏰ Hours: 30–40 hours per week
🧽 What You’ll Do:
✔️ Lead and supervise cleaning team members on-site
✔️ Assign tasks and ensure jobs are completed efficiently
✔️ Perform cleaning duties as needed
✔️ Inspect work to maintain high-quality standards
✔️ Communicate updates and issues with management
✔️ Train and support team members
🚗 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Cleaning experience (preferred)
✔️ Leadership or supervisory experience (strongly preferred)
✔️ Strong communication & organizational skills
✔️ Valid driver’s license & comfortable driving
✔️ Reliable transportation
✔️ Ability to handle physical tasks
