Just a reminder, NY' Governor signed an amendment into law so that beginning on January 1, 2024, CPLR 2106 which allows for affirmations to be used by attorneys, physicians, osteopaths, dentists, and people outside of the United States, is going to be extended to basically everyone, bringing NY into line with Federal civil practice.
