Just breathe and let it go...

Today is a good day to release the negative feelings that arise from the behavior of others. 💜

Our feelings are meant to be temporary visitors, all just passing through, travelers on a journey.

They each have something to teach us.

We don’t let them inhabit our personal spaces.

We don’t invite them to take up residence in our house.

We honor them by allowing them to be felt and heard, then we release them - without drama, without grasping. 💜

Only then are we really free to be the most loving person in our imperfect world.
