This 56,000-square-foot faculty residence at Vassar College reflects a thoughtful balance of craftsmanship, sustainability, and community. Designed to support full-time and visiting faculty, the fully electric, four-story building features 40 flexible residences, energy-efficient systems, EV charging, wellness and community amenities, and site elements that contribute to the college’s greater carbon neutrality goals.

Extensive landscaping and hardscaping, including infiltration basins, bioretention areas, planting beds, trees, and shrubs, soften the new construction, allowing it to feel seamlessly woven into the established character of the Vassar campus.

From transactional to intentional.

This 3,180-square-foot bank renovation combines custom millwork, full-height glazing, and a curved statement wall that creates a natural sense of flow throughout the space. Concealed LED lighting, integrated systems, and carefully coordinated details work together behind the scenes to support both operational performance and guest comfort.

The result is a modern banking experience that feels more welcoming, intuitive, and customer-focused.

145 North Chestnut at Trail Link Collective emerges along the edge of the Rail Trail, introducing residences and ground-floor commercial space within a mixed-use destination.
