Yellow yam or white yam? Or both? I say both growing up I was exposed to these wonderful tubers. They are also called Name root and Yellow Name root. You can sometimes find these in your big box grocery stores in the produce specialty food sections which is sometimes limited because your average American doesn’t usually buy this. But if you really want to find them go to your local African, Asian, Latin, food markets and you will find an abundance!! Stay tuned I will show you how to cook this!!!
