Are you interested in the Wallace Campus and/or other items on tonight's c/PK Planning Board agenda? Want to speak during the public comment period, or just listen to the meeting? The redesigned City of Poughkeepsie website makes it as difficult as possible for the public to stay involved and informed. To attend the Planning Board meeting, your device will need to be "GoToWebinar"-compatible. Here's a primer on how to access c/PK meeting dates and agendas:
Go to: http://cityofpoughkeepsie.com/Calendar.aspx
On the link above, and scroll down to tonight’s Planning Board Meeting, October 19, 2021, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Register to attend @ https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/8530117179747640078
Using the Planning Board meeting above as an example, click on: "More Details". That will bring you to a page where it is not necessarily obvious that you can and must register (that's the link posted next to the word "Location").
Above that, there's a tiny icon for a PDF and the tiny words "Download Agenda". Click on that icon, and a window will open telling you "You Are Now Leaving Our Website". Click on “Proceed to Site” or just wait for the next window to open.
When that next window opens, you'll see a tab labeled "Agenda Items & Files". That's the detailed version of the agenda.
To the immediate right of the Agenda Items & Files" tab, there's a greyed-out "Agenda" tab. Clicking on that tab provides a stripped down, downloadable version of the agenda.

New York State has initiated a broadband assessment survey. There are three parts to the site:
—The Frequently Asked Questions and the About Us page provide more information about this project, the benefits to you and where you live and work and the team supporting the project.
—The Speed Test measures how fast your Internet connection is from your home or business. This part takes about a minute or so. If you are not at your home or business, or if you are taking the survey on your cell phone, then please skip the speed test.
—The Assessment is a series of questions, for either home or business, which asks about whether a respondent has Internet access. and how they use it (or would use it.) This part takes about five to seven minutes.
