Chief Estep has dedicated his career to serving communities across Texas and has held leadership roles as a Fire Chief, Training Chief, Fire Marshal, Firefighter/EMT, and fire academy instructor. He is a Texas Commission on Fire Protection Master Firefighter, Master Instructor, and Certified Fire Executive, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to Howe Fire Rescue.

This ceremony marks an exciting milestone for the City of Howe as we continue to strengthen our commitment to public safety and exceptional service to our residents. We invite you to join city leadership, firefighters, community partners, family, friends, and fellow citizens as we formally welcome Chief Estep to the Howe family.
