Biggest inspection so far for AIM, around 3600 sq ft all together! It was an all day job. On a stunning ultra custom high end brand new house for some amazing local people!! Wish I could show more pictures of this one, this house was gorgeous! But I have very strict policies on keeping my customers information confidential and respecting their privacy. Treat others as I would want to be treated. All I can share is one super goofy pic of me in the mirror and some cool infrared photos of the radiant heated floors and insane amount of plumbing, sorry. Use your imaginatio on the rest🤐. Spectacular modern custom home I promise 😁Full house with separate ADU and a sewer scope! Such a blast loved every minute of it! Such an honor and a privilege to get to protect and serve my clients and neighbors here in beautiful North Idaho. I love what I get to do for a living. Helping people with their biggest investments is a huge responsibility. I take it very seriously but I also have a blast doing it!! Full New Construction, Radon, and Sewer Scope package on this one. Of course with complimentary Thermal imaging and moisture readings on every level. Spent 8 hours inspecting every square inch of this house today. Makes me so happy when I get to tell my client their house is built solid with no major issues whatsoever. Can't really put a price on peace of mind. Knowledge is power. I love empowering people! The amount of relief my clients expressed today when I told them their house was built well. You could just feel the weight lifted off their shoulders. I hope they sleep better tonight, I know I will.
