Well, here we go again. The city planning dept emailed me about a meeting 30 days ago. I replied right back. Email and phone message. They just answered. THIRTY DAYS LATER, TO THE DAY. I guess we ARE on California time.
They are saying because we are now on a trailer, not by choice, but because of expensive alternatives, we cannot do drive up.
But, GOOD NEWS, the same department approved the same non resident developer that I posted last time from Kennewick, an administrative exemption for rear setback for what???
TOWN HOUSES. Right behind my house.
So, I will be placing a banner on the east end where drive up would be informing you that you will now have to step out of your car to get your food. Or come in or eat inside Corbys.
