Whether she's researching best practices, working through a thorny UX challenge, or advocating for a more equitable workplace, Nancy has long been an indispensable force on our team. She is particularly adept at asking the hard questions that no one else thinks of, or that everyone else is afraid to ask.

We are excited to welcome our Senior Digital Analyst Devin Stanfield as our newest co-owner! That means that over 70% of our team also owns a piece of the company they work for and engages in democratic governance as part of our co-op board.

Devin says, "Through consistent participation in the open board sessions I learned more about the collaborative process of running a cooperatively organized business. It has been great to witness how people raise questions, work through processes (like board elections), and handle challenging situations."

In the same week that she became a co-owner, Devin also became DE certified through the National Credit Union Foundation's CUDE program. That means 24% of our team is DE certified, and we all graduated from the best class ever (if you know, you know).
