Afternoon inspection had a window built into the drainage system. Actually they built a cover for the basement stair system right into the window. Genius 🤣

This morning The Oregonian has a really good article on Radon Gas that is the second leading cause of Lung cancer. If you have not tested your home you really need to. IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW. You can also purchase a home kit, but I promise you its not as accurate as our machines that count particles hourly. Some of the most interesting information I like to share with home owners. The EPA Radon remediation action level is 4.0 picocuries per liter of air, but over 50% of the people that got Cancer from Radon lived in homes with less than 4.0 Picocuries. The biggest factor in the possibility of getting Cancer is long term exposure even at lower levels than 4.0 Did you know that animals can get Radon Cancer? They are living near the flooring where radon levels are always higher and some stay in the house a good part of the day. Please share the word about radon. IT IS REAL and it can be deadly.
