Long Light Productions

Been a while since we’ve shown our faces on the feed, so we figured we’d reintroduce ourselves for all the new folks. We’re Chris and Tiffany Ratzlaff. We’ve been married for 9 years now(as of yesterday🥳🥳🥳), we have 3 children and a giant wolf dog that all keep our home lively and interesting at all times haha.

We started Long Light Productions 6 years ago. We shoot all our films together, I edit them, and Tiffany handles the business side of things. It’s been a long road, and it’s crazy to look back and see how far we’ve come. We’ve learned so much since the early days and have come to enjoy what we do more and more every year. I don’t know how we’ve been so lucky, but we get to work with the coolest couples year after year. We get a sneak peak of the beauty, humor, and joy behind so many love stories, and it’s our goal to represent that in film.

Being in the wedding industry we’ve met the sweetest and most talented vendors that have grown into our friends. Also, contrary to the competitive spirit, our town has an awesome community of wedding filmmakers, who we share ideas with, exchange work, and celebrate each other’s successes. We’re super grateful to be friends with the awesome people in our field, and we’re all growing together.

Besides the occasional destination wedding, we mostly work in Oregon. We never plan on moving and are excited to keep making wedding films for a very long time.
