Many of you know and love Alexis, our amazing Operations & Gym Coordinator. She is the person who keeps so much running behind the scenes and is always there to support our coaches, families, and students with kindness, dedication, and a smile.

Recently, Alexis experienced something unimaginable. At just 31 years old, she suffered a sudden cardiac arrest at home. Thanks to the quick actions of her fiancé, roommate, first responders, and an incredible medical team, her life was saved. ❤️

While we're beyond grateful she's still with us, Alexis now faces a long road to recovery and overwhelming medical expenses, including emergency care and specialized treatment that were outside her insurance network.
