When Carissa popped into my inbox back in early 2024 to have me provide Hair & Makeup services for her big day I was STOKED... and also simultaneously thrown down memory lane!

Yup, picture us. It's 2011, Silly Bandz are peak fashion and the side-bang is IN. We're 12 years old, running around on the same volleyball team together, totally unaware that our paths would cross again in such a significant way in the future 🤍 It was so incredibly special getting to reconnect with an old friend + laugh about how fast time flies.

And I'm SO incredibly happy for her & Griffin, and so incredibly lucky to be apart of their beautiful wedding day 🫶🏻

I feel so lucky to be included in such special & intimate days just like this one. Alex & Bryan live waaaaay over on the East Coast in MA & I was so excited to get the inquiry for her day in my inbox (because hello!! welcome to OR! And THANK YOU for giving me an excuse to travel down the coast with wiiicked views the whole way)

It was a wonderful afternoon getting to know Alex + create her bridal look. Sleek and modern, with hair that will 👏🏻stay put👏🏻 in case the OR coast decided to do what it normally does (AKA wind, so much wind. And rain..)

But 😱 A moment for the weather they got. Just perfect 🤍 Just like the two of them 😊🥰
